How to remove a charger from your Hypervolt account
If you have a charger associated with your account that you no longer have access to, it’s important to remove it from your account.
You do not need physical access to the device to do this; however, you should only do it if you’re certain that you’ll no longer need to control the charger.
To unadopt and remove a charger from your account, follow these three steps:
- Navigate to Settings > Charger settings > My device > Move charger.
- Select the Unadopt charger completely option from the list.
- A popup window will appear asking for confirmation to remove the charger. Select ‘Yes’ to confirm, and the device will be removed from your account.
